Community support is woven into our core values and we want to make sure the next generation of policyholders’ educational needs are fulfilled. At Davidson & Associates Insurance, we believe that a strong community starts in the classroom. We don’t just protect cars, homes and businesses, we want to help protect the future of our students. We know many teachers spend their own money on supplies, and needs are always evolving as our community grows. We are here to help lighten that load through the Policies for Pencils initiative.

How it Works:

1. Nominate: Fill out our 30-second form with the school & classroom information
2. Share: Follow Davidson & Associates on social media & share your nomination to help spread the word
3. Monthly Drawing: On the last Thursday of every month, we randomly select one classroom
4. Delivery: We deliver $100 worth of high-priority supplies directly to the school!

What’s in the $100 Bundle?

The donated supplies will be as specified in the nomination form. This is why we ask that you be as specific as possible (i.e. specific snacks, specific books or books for a specific age group, etc.). Some potential supply options might include:

• Pencils & erasers
• Dry erase markers
• Markers, crayons, colored pencils
• Cleaning supplies
• Snacks
• First aid supplies
• Art supplies
• Books
• Rulers, pencil sharpeners
• Stickers
• Classroom prizes (small toys, etc.)

Rules

• Once your nomination is submitted, it will stay in our nominations list for a calendar year (so if you submit in December 2026, you’d need to resubmit in January 2027).
• Your nomination must be complete to be considered.
• We ask that you share this program to help spread the word. Follow us on social media and share a social media post and invite others to nominate as well.
• Nominated classrooms must be at a school within Clark County, Washington.
