Position is responsible for all aspects of the service needs for a defined book of business including proactively responding to upsell and cross sell coverage opportunities to meet the needs of our clients. Our culture is team oriented and one of education and consultation with our clients to identify their needs and ensure that they are well cared for. Position success relies on strong internal and external communication skills, strong computer skills including knowledge of partner carrier systems and the ability to understand coverages and policy language and transfer knowledge to clients in a professional and confident manner.
