Davidson & Associates Insurance is proud to announce the launch of “Policies for Pencils,” a new community initiative dedicated to supporting local educators and students. Starting this month, the agency will hold a monthly drawing to award one local classroom $100 worth of essential school supplies.
As an independent agency deeply rooted in the Clark County area, Davidson Insurance recognizes the significant out-of-pocket expenses teachers often face to keep their classrooms running. “Policies for Pencils” was created to bridge that gap and celebrate the hard work of local educators. Beyond selling insurance that helps protect homes, cars and businesses,
“We aren't just here to provide insurance; we’re here to be good neighbors,” said Bryce Davidson, President of Davidson & Associates. “Our schools are the heart of this community. Through Policies for Pencils, we want to go beyond selling insurance that protects homes, cars and businesses, and help protect our local students’ futures. We want to ensure that teachers have the tools they need and that students know their community is rooting for their success.”
How the Program Works: Each month, community members—including parents, students, and fellow faculty—can nominate a deserving K-12 classroom via the agency’s website. On the last Thursday of every month, one winner will be randomly selected to receive a $100 supply bundle.
Nominations are now open. To nominate a teacher or learn more about the program, please visit https://www.davidsoninsurance.com/policies-for-pencils.
