Davidson & Associates Insurance has been named “Best Places to Work in Insurance,” ranking #3 in the nation for the category of small business. This award recognizes employers for their outstanding performance in establishing workplaces where employees can thrive, enjoy their work and help their companies grow.
This win is due in large part to the hard work of the Davidson team members, their commitment to providing the best service possible to clients, and the company’s leadership that goes above and beyond to make sure that hard work is recognized and rewarded. Davidson Insurance’s mission is to “protect what matters most to you,” and this award shows the company’s dedication in doing just that.
“It’s an honor to be recognized as a top 3 employer in insurance through the whole nation. Our agency puts a lot of strategic effort into support structures for our team, which in turn results in the best possible service for our clients. These past few years, the insurance industry has been a hard place to be. We’re proud to be thriving as an agency amidst this tough environment, to offer care to our team, our clients and our community,” said Tony Johnson, President of Davidson & Associates Insurance.
Some of the benefits that helped the agency win this award included prioritizing local community support, positive work/life balance, unlimited PTO, generous family leave policies and flexible remote work options.
Best Places to Work in Insurance is an annual sponsored content feature presented by the Custom Publishing unit of Business Insurance and Best Companies Group that lists the agents, brokers, insurance companies and other providers with the highest levels of employee engagement and satisfaction. Best Companies Group identifies the leading employers in the insurance industry by conducting a free two-part assessment of each company. The first part is a questionnaire completed by the employer about company policies, practices and demographics. The second part is a confidential employee survey on engagement and satisfaction.
The program divides employers into the categories of small, 25-249 employees; medium, 250-999 employees; and large, 1,000 or more employees. This year’s report features 100 companies of various sizes, ranging from 25 employees to more than 4,000.
The ranking and profiles of the winning companies were unveiled in the November issue of Business Insurance and online at BusinessInsurance.com.
